Why This Matters

The moment happens. Then the chaos begins.

A parent passes. A diagnosis arrives. A retirement forces the question everyone's been avoiding. Suddenly, your family is searching through filing cabinets, guessing account passwords, and calling financial institutions with no idea what they're looking for.

It doesn't have to happen that way.

"After my father died, we spent six months trying to find everything. We didn't even know he had a second life insurance policy. We found it two years later."

Adult daughter, Seattle, WA

"My husband had a heart attack. He survived — thank God. But neither of us had any idea where anything was. That was a wake-up call we needed twenty years ago."

Retired professional, Austin, TX

"I'm the organized one in my family. I just kept saying 'I'll get to it.' I never did. Until something finally made me."

Who We Serve

You don't have to be elderly to be prepared.

If something happened to you tomorrow, could your family find everything they needed? Most people — at any age — can't honestly say yes.

The Approaching-Retirement Couple

You've spent decades accumulating assets across multiple institutions, plans, and policies. Now is the time to consolidate the picture — before retirement changes everything.

"I know we should have done this years ago. We just never found the time."
The Adult Child of an Aging Parent

Your parent's health is changing. You love them and want to help — but you realize you have no idea where to find anything if something happened. You need a plan, not just a conversation.

"Mom would never have told me where the accounts were. Now I'm the one responsible."
The Organized Professional

You run a tight ship at work. But somehow, the thing you keep telling clients to plan for is exactly what you've been putting off at home. Let us handle the one project you never get to.

"I tell my clients to plan ahead and I haven't even done it myself."
After a Loss

You just went through it firsthand — the searching, the guessing, the unexpected gaps. You never want your own family to experience that. Now is the moment to act on what you've learned.

"I can't believe what my family went through when Dad died. I won't let that happen again."
Facing a Health Event

A diagnosis has a way of clarifying everything. You want to spend your energy on what matters — not on scrambling to put your affairs in order under pressure and stress.

"I have more important things to focus on right now. But this still has to get done."
The Small Business Owner

Personal and business assets are intertwined, and you know your family would have no roadmap without you. Let's separate, document, and protect both sides of your financial life.

"If I'm the only one who knows how everything works, my family is in trouble."

"I kept telling myself I'd organize everything 'eventually.' After my dad's estate took over a year to settle, I called ECS the next week. The whole process took six weeks and I actually feel like an adult now. My kids will never have to go through what I did."

FAQ

Questions we hear all the time.

No — and that's intentional. Estate Concierge Solutions is not a law firm, CPA, financial planning firm, or tax advisory service. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. What we do is organize: we help you locate, collect, categorize, and document everything your family would need to access if something happened to you. When legal or financial advice is needed, we'll refer you to trusted professionals.
You probably have the documents somewhere — but the challenge is knowing what you have, what you're missing, and building something your family can actually navigate under stress. Most DIY attempts stall because there's no one to guide the process, follow up, or tell you what's missing. Our clients have "meant to do this" for an average of four years before calling us. A guided process with a real human gets it done.
Yes. All document sharing happens through a secure, encrypted client portal — not email. Your concierge operates under a strict confidentiality agreement. We never store financial account numbers, social security numbers, or passwords in our system. Our role is to help you organize and inventory your documents, not to hold them indefinitely.
Most clients complete their estate binder in 4 to 8 weeks, depending on how scattered their documents are and how quickly they can gather materials. The process is designed to move at your pace — not ours. We proactively check in so you're never waiting and wondering where things stand.
No — in fact, many of our clients come to us before they've completed their will or trust, and that's completely fine. One of the things we do is identify the gaps: missing legal documents, missing beneficiary designations, accounts without named heirs. We can refer you to estate attorneys in your area to address those gaps after we've given them the full picture of your assets.
Life changes — marriages, divorces, new properties, deaths, new accounts. We offer annual review sessions to keep your binder current. Our Family package includes the first year of updates, and all clients can access à la carte updates for specific changes (new account, updated beneficiary, new property) at any time.

Your family will thank you for this.

You've been meaning to do this. We're here to make it easy, guided, and finally done. Start with a free, no-pressure consultation — no commitment required.
